We pride ourselves on good pub food, ranging from fresh local meat and fish, to traditional favourites and Sunday roasts. As we source our food locally where possible, our menu does change regularly, some examples of our dishes are listed here:

 

Starters/bar snacks:

  • Battered Calamari, served with garlic & lemon mayonnaise
  • Chicken strips served with a salad garnish & BBQ dip
  • Breaded brie, with a red current jelly


Mains:

  • Mixed Grill, served with fries, onion rings, peas, tomato & mushrooms
  • Battered fish, served with chips, peas & a salad garnish
  • Lamb Shank, in a rosemary & port gravy served with mash & vegetable


Puddings:

  • Homemade forest fruit gateau, served with cream
  • Chocolate fudge cake, served with ice cream
  • Homemade mixed fruit crumble, served with custard
     

We serve a wide range of traditional beers, ales and lagers, as well as good wines and spirits. 

Our traditional Sunday roast is the option of Beef, Pork or Turkey including pudding, £8.95. Sundays only. Booking advisable!

Tuesday - 
Saturday: 12pm-2.30pm & 5pm-8pm
Sunday: 12pm-3pm, Roasts only
